Ted, i would volunteer but I am kinda not 'in' PA right now
 I have always felt that you take the value of a 98% luger of whatever vintage and a restored is around 40-50% of that. Much more than a shooter, but less than a original gun... He could get many wild and some accurate estimates at the Allentown show in a month in May Ed |
