Interesting Luger! Looks like it might have been rebarreled to 9mm. I am relatively certain that it is a 1906 Royal Portuguese Army that has had the "M2" chamber inscription removed and the "F" (probably the former owner's initial) engraved on it. The circle in triangle is a Portuguese acceptance mark (I believe I can see traces of the same mark on the left side of the receiver). Chances are pretty good that the extractor is marked "CARREGADA" on the left side.
