They make several different products ( http://www.bluewonder.us/Products.html ) so you're obviously asking about the blue remover, not the bluing. The web page mentions acids, so I assume that it's a product similar to Birchwood-Casey's Blue and Rust remover. It probably contains sulphuric acid, which is often used in products like this.

My favorite way of removing bluing is to clean the parts thoroughly and then soak in white vinegar. It's basically the same process, but with less concentrated acid. Slower, but safer.
