Hi Mike,
Mauser, Aimco, Stoeger, and Mitchell Arms made American Eagle Lugers in the 70's, 80's, and 90's. They are all marked with the company name/logo.
#90xx falls into the M1900 commercial serial# range. All M1900's are 7.65mm. Do they have dished toggle knobs, as apposed to the later flat knobs? Clear closeup pictures of the markings would help us help you.
