Hello fellows,
Just to add some pictures concerning what Gerben wrote above. I have taken some pictures of the original Kornmayer master booklet I have here at home. This is the master from where the copies have been published. Interesting to note that the pictures are manually cut and glued as we expected for a booklet written in 1969.
