Spitfire, I can tell that you haven't changed many luger barrels. With the set up time, insuring that the front sight lines up in the proper vertical position, installing a front sight and possible chamber ream and ramp polishing, I want to see you do it in less than an hour under optimal conditions, and much longer if all doesn't go well at first attempt.
