#1 is a repaired takedown lever (looks to me like the end of a 1900 safety lever has been grafted onto the original takedown lever stub)
#2 is a Riechsrevolver holster that has had an additional couple of inches added to the barrel section to accomodate an artillery pistol #3 is definitely a parts gun no matter what the seller says. The gun has been rebarreled with an artillery barrel. It appears to be a long frame upper receiver that has been faced off to the short length... So the answer to your questions is a definite NO, these are not representative of factory output... they are kludges...
