Both of those replicas appear to be the Denix variety, which are known to be very simple and vague in their function and build quality. I believe there is a model by brand of Marushin or MGC which functions in every way like an original, although they are notably, more expensive. Try wwiiguns.com. As the licensing here is pretty strict for semi-auto pistols (and even replica and plastic guns) I've had a chance to check out quite a few replicas for folks. The Denix pieces act as good holster fillers I suppose, for the reenactor, or to fill a display etc.
