Were cleaning rods ever serialed to the pistol? Not on Imperial Artillery's. Some I have seen were Imperial marked on the steel spine with a Crown/letter.
The rod shown is a horrible fake anyway. The stock appears to be good from what I can see of it. Hard to tell for sure without seeing the stock iron and the wood clearly. Too many problems on this rig to command a price of over $3000 for me. Jerry Burney
