Why it's on market again, so quickly?

Could anyone tell me where did the original #2 story come from? What's proof of the provenance?

Of course it's out of my reach, just curious.

My dreaming gun is not one that I cannot reach, my dreaming gun is one that I can reach but would take some effort. This one does not fall into my verion of dreaming gun category.

Having said that, it's still good to know the background of this famous piece. Have a story to tell?
