chuck17 User Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Fla Posts: 27 Thanks: 0 Thanked 4 Times in 2 Posts	I believe that some of the original lugers displayed the "plum" coloring due to irregularities in the bluing process. I hope that your 1940 was not one of those! The 1936 would have been rust blued.
