Sam, Yes..The CLIP as it is commonly known... is correctly called a Magazine. There is NO clip on a Luger pistol.

Take a look on the bottom and see what is stamped there. It would make a small difference if the pistol's serial number is there. Also it would be interesting to see a photo of the magazine out of the pistol to see the steel body.

It's odd that the toggle and the sight is not chromed on this pistol. The bluing is so good on these parts it's a shame they chromed the rest.

To actually answer your questions...I think the pistol would bring $600-800 dollars depending on how fast you want to sell it.

The holster depends on photo's of the front and there are much more knowledgable people to comment on it than I.
