Jerry - This actually wasn't a shoe repair place, but a leather works and repair - "The Last Genuine Leather Shoppe" or some such. I think he took a small bit of leather and put a stitch through the pull up strap to hold the pieces together and then somehow glued the "simu-knot" - but it looks pretty good. I also provided him with my 1941 fuq-code holster so he had a template to work from. I like the bright color of this one better (the fuq is very dark brown). Anyhow, any idea of the value of this one? Again I appreciate your time and expertise.
