Tom Heller is a great source for parts, but finding a frame (trigger guard) with a specific serial number is like the proverbial needle in a haystack... don't get your hopes up. The frame is the registered part of your Luger, and would require a firearms transfer in both directions. It is not simply a "part" that could be exchanged with another owner. All firearms rules for the state of residence for each party would have to be complied with, as well as any federal rules...
