I am not sure.
Pistols acrossing state line is supposed to go though FFL unless it's pre-1899 antique. But I am not sure the father-son relationship makes any difference or not.... probably not... The gun could be free, but FFL is not supposed to be skipped. Last edited by alvin; 12-24-2008 at 07:21 PM. |
