The ongoing argument on this side of the pond revolves around the two dependent clauses at the beginning of the amendment; there are those who argue that the amendment clarifies the States' abilities to maintain a Militia, and has nothing to do with individual rights. In the actual wording, it is very -not- clear. --Dwight
