It would have to be a luger person to correctly appraise it, as anyone can pull a blue book and say; it is 85%, so it must be $3700... Lugers have surpassed inflation for many years; provided that you don't buy a reblued or restored piece... Whats the serial number? Is it 100% Does it have all the correct parts?
