Of the two Lugers I have shot, one jams much more often than the other. The artillery I have will fire lead and hollow points much more often and when I had some machine gun 9 MM, then fed like a son of gun through it. (I didn't fire than many through it, she's been reblued, but otherwise is all matching).


So, my point is that with good magazines and smoothed feeding ramps, my expericne has shown that Lugers feed fairly well, although my 4 inch jams much more often than the other.
