Old fasshioned I guess. I still like hard copies of transmittal letters. As to Doug Smith, after it was renewed. I gave him a copy when I saw him in person.

Simpson, I would never pay by credit card because (as indicated on this board a bit back) they do not refund the credt card fee if the item is returned.

As to others, I am either open account or I can usually negotiate a small reduction in the price when the seller does not have to pay the fee to the credit card company.
