Default POLL - M1906 DWM-Swiss Cross/Sunburst Lugers

Please join us in helping provide some info. about your M1906 DWM-Swiss Luger (Cross/Sunburst variety only).

I am helping Members Mike and Armin to establish if a variety in the numbering of the TD levers and the trigger side plate exist and came from the factory.

Most commercial contract Lugers will have the 2-digits of the TD lever and the trigger side plate placed on the bottom edge with the tops of these numbers pointing away from the side of the pistol (...I call this rightside-up).

Mike, Armin, and others theorize that some of these M1906 DWM-Swiss cross/sunburst lugers left the factory with un-numbered TD levers and the 2 digits on the trigger side plate upside-down...that is with the tops of their numbers pointing towards the side of the pistol.

If you own a M1906 DWM-Swiss cross/sunburst Luger, please take a moment and fill out the Poll.

Please remember to indicate if you think your Luger is in a factory-original condition or a Swiss Ordnance rework or other rework.

Thanks in advance for your help !!!
