relining artillery luger to 7.65mm luger ?

recent inquiry to redmans - answer was he does not do luger , but does 30 cal relines on mauser c96 at about $100. does not do 9mm relines on c96

Ive decided to abandon this artillery restoration idea and focus on a custom target luger of some sort , likely using a mauser parabellum as a base gun
