Erfurt was the gov't arsenal where they were made, 1916 is the year. I would guess there is a letter under the front serial number, a suffix of a, b, c, d, etc., one of those letters. If it does not have one, then it was one of the first 10,000 made that year, not that, that makes it more valuable

There were approx 80,000 Erfurts made in 1916, in the no suffix to the g suffix range.

NOTE: Although you were correct in placing it in this section, I have moved it to the New Collector area
