Waiting for my C&R, how long did you wait?

I receive mine in May after sending in the paperwork last Dec. Just short of 6 months. Local agent told me they had some delay in paperwork between the State and the DOJ.??? Whatever that meant Sounded like beauicratic double talk. Of course that is here in Calif. where folks don't like handguns.
