That's the oversized K98 blade, yes. It's supposed to be trimmed to fit, so it looks huge on that short barrel.

There's really no need for a sight pusher IMO. I'd just put it in a vice and tap the sight, the slab sides and a couple of wood blocks would hold it firmly without damaging the barrel.
