Gosh, I just sold off all my suppressor books. In one about WW2 suppressed firearms was the Luger P08. It had a very ported barrel to drop the muzzle velocity. Of course the 32mm suppressor tube came back to the receiver. Between the barrel and the inside of the tube was
stuff with brass dish washing pot scrubbers. I forget what baffles it had in front of the barrel. I used the same principal to suppress a Mk2 Sten gun. very quiet. Suppressors are legal in New Zealand, every one has them. |
