Also, try right clicking on the X square and selecting SHOW PICTURE and see if that works...

It works on my browser and I am using IE 5.5

I suspect AOL's proprietary browser as the problem before anything else Ted...

John's picture is an .ICO file rather then browser enabled graphic (such as JPG or GIF). Some versions of browsers can handle it (IE - as IE is the Desktop window browser). HOWEVER - most Netscape users can't see it (unless you are V6) nor can the AOL browser render it (AOL is IE 4.X technology based)..
