Post Navy holster

Need some help again....picked up a Navy holster last year at a local gunshow. Marked on the inside flap " Adolph Schwartz & Co., Berlin N.39, 1916". Appears to be pigskin, has a pebble finish. No other marking that I can find.Old stiching holes on the back shows that it was looped for a belt and has been converted to be fastened to a board stock. It came with a unmarked tool and cleaning rod.
Board stock stamped C/M at three places and the small metal disc is C/M also. The property number is N1592 and the serial number is 4216 it also has what appears to be the original screw, washer and leather boot strap.
Any thoughts on these items ?
