Swiss holster manufacturers

Does anyone know of a book, or other reference, that lists Swiss holster manufacturers? Only a few are listed in Bobba's or Bender's books. Most of the other sources show only German makers.

Sorry Doc...cannot help.

My 4-5 German-text Swiss luger books periodically call out some CH holster maker names, but no comprehensive lists are provided...
