Be sure to let it load to see the Borchardt fire. Some really great pictures here.

Herb,
What a nice collection of weapons et al... There are some very nice Swiss weapons and the nicest Swiss model 1882 (4th. variation) revolver I have ever seen, that is not in a museum... And then not to mention that mint 1934 Swiss-Mauser luger...!!! I am in shock... Thanks for letting us know about this site. Do you know who is the collector ? Can you invite him to the Luger Forum ? Are any of his pistols for sale ??? Regards, Pete... <img border="0" alt="[typing]" title="" src="graemlins/yltype.gif" /> |

The site belongs to Chuck Whittaker. He has some fabulous guns and does a lot of research on early Luger details and variations. He is a private collector and not a dealer. Pete, I think you may have met him at Tulsa around Ralph Shattuck's table.

What I would give to have a time machine and go back in time and snatch a few of those navy rigs. I wonder if they would be 1906's or 1908's? I don't think that I have ever even seen a full, all matching, navy rig.

Excellent website... I have invited the owner to join us here on the Lugerforum and hope that he considers making us a frequent visit.
