Hello Dave,
Welcome to the Luger Forum ! A LF member named "LugerDoc" (aka Mr. Tom Heller) is the largest luger part dealer in the USA and one of the nicest folks you can meet at a gun show. Tom should be able to help you... Tom's email is : hellerarms@webtv.net Regards, Pete... <img border="0" alt="[typing]" title="" src="graemlins/yltype.gif" /> |

Dave,
that slide is numbered to the gun. If you replace it, you have just then created a mismatched shooter. The value of your artillery will drop about $500 plus. If you can sell it at all. Thats not including the cost of the slide and the time you spent destroying a collectible artillery just to make it pretty. If you wanted a mismatced shooter, you should have bought one in he first place and saved yourself that loss of money. Big Norm |
