Post eagle 3

looking through my books, I didn't find the eagle 3?

I have an FXO mag that is stamped near the base 37, but up on the body is 3. doesn't appear to be a mistrike.

According to Claus’ site (Claus Espeholt) E/3 is a Suhl Krieghoff mark for the FG42 An Ã?¼ber rare rifle that supposedly scared people more from the racket it made, than anything else. But sigh, I’ve never even seen an FG42 let alone heard one fired. Maybe someone else knows if that waffenamt is kosher for your fxo coded Luger mag, cuz it beats the heck out of me.

Hi Trigger! If you have a fxo P.08 magazine, it should have two E/37 acceptance stamps. The E/3 is either a die that was broken, plugged or misaligned. IMHO, you have a fxo magazine, simple as that!!
