Were all Luger Carbines Made n 7.65mm

Maybe I'm wrong but except for Lugerman are all are 7.65mm, as is mine! Of note is my 1902 Fat Barrel in 9mm~ https://landofborchardt.com/lugerads.html

Well, I've got a 9mm carbine, as the barrel had to be swapped (it had been cut down) and a 9mm blank was available.

According to Görtz & Sturgess, a very few carbines were made up in 9mm and a known example, serial #24454, is shown in their book.

yes, I happened to be driving through Phoenix and stopped by his house, he was very excited by the carbine. He said it came out of Montana. Others say, it was made by so and so - recently.
All I know was that it was very nice craftsmanship.
