Affordable 1900?

Been on a hunt for a affordable 1900 Eagle for some time now. Condition was not as important as just having another 1900. Still having some sellers remorse from selling my 1900 test that Thor restored for me. At least I know another forum member has it. Came across this 1900 today. Quite rough I know, but if I can get it for maybe a tad higher than $1,000 I'll give it a go. So outside it's poor condition, is there anything to see that best advice me not to bid on it? Thanks
