Like the auction says, it's a 9mm pistol magazine.

Hard to tell, but it appears to be made from a modified C-Rat can...

That's nothing. I have an FN 1903 mag here somewhere, frankensteined from a WWII P.38 body and a WWII 1911 floor plate. That's two collectible mags cannibalized at the same time, so don't underestimate Bubba's talents!
