41 Military BYF (Mauser) Luger Help

ok so it happened again. I got the opportunity to pickup this little gem from a man who's owned it a lot longer than I've been alive but Im having trouble with this one as it's marked a 41 and not the traditional 42's that I come across very often.

Any help with anything about it would be very helpful to me.

all numbers matching with mismatched steel mag Serial 7339 M
