Looks like a nice Mauser made 41 date Luger.

Unfortunately, the very visible "billboard" import mark impacts it's value quite a bit.

It looks that it likely was dip refinished. The grips look like they may be aftermarket also. A good sharp photo of the inside of the grips will help determine that. Be careful when removing them not to gall the screw, or chip the left grip up by the safety lever.

These make superb shooter Lugers, especially with the Haenel milled magazine.

Value - if a good functional shooter - is $975 to $1100 depending on originality of the grips.

I agree with Marc, and would add that if you post photos of the inside face of the grips that might aid experts in assessing if they are original or not.
