Default Price Check- Sauer WTM 24

Hey guys, I picked up what I believe is a genuine Sauer WTM 24 for $150. From what I have found online it seems like I got a pretty good deal. I dont know if its in decent condition or what its worth, so I was hoping for an estimate. Thanks!

R, Nice looking M1928 Sauer. If the overall condition is as nice as shown in your photo and it functions OK, the current blue book shows a value of about $200, which I feel is on the low side. Tom

I think it's low too. Pocket guns in good condition are hard to come by, just guessing but I'm sure there's collectors who would be willing to pay another $100-$150.

Looks like it's in good shape. I like the safety.
I guess I'd recognize it as a .25 Auto ?

Very nice. It could take up residence in my back pocket for sure!

Spacecoast- thank you for fixing the pictures for me, greatly appreciated!
I captured the condition of the metal as best as I could. There is some minor pitting and surface wear, but no active rust. The firearm functions quite well, and the tolerances are incredible for something so old. The only issue is that the riflings are nearly non-existent. I don't know how deep they were to begin with though.

Thank you for the value estimation, seems like I got a pretty good deal! It makes a good first piece for the beginning of a collection. Thank you all!

No problem, glad to help.

I don't think the bore looks bad - there could be some lead buildup, depends on what was shot through it. The spirals are still pretty evident.

I shoot my 1913 Colt 1908 Vest Pocket at 25 yards and it's easily still on paper at that range. I would be interesting to try the same with the Sauer.

Thanks Ron! I'm new to this so it was a gamble, glad it paid off!

Spacecoast- I will try that this weekend if I can find some time! I put a few rounds through it but was wary of shooting it excessively. I suppose I can try a few more rounds to see how it groups.

There's a Walther TPH .25 ACP in my pocket.
And no, there's nothing to do with Mae West.
