Default What to do?????

At our local show last weekend a dealer friend of mine handed me two Lugers he had just picked up in northern Indiana. The first one was a very nice Swiss Model 1900 with a holster. Unfortunately the original magazine is gone and it has a post war Mauser mag in it. The second Luger was more intriguing as it is an Imperial Navy upper receiver and barrel on a pre 1913 lower. To make it more interesting, the original Navy toggle has been replaced by a Nazi period toggle. The whole gun actually looks pretty good as it has no pitting and the barrel is nice. My problem is this, should I attempt to resurrect it by finding a Navy toggle assembly and correct lower or just sell it as is?
