S/42 Question

I am new to Lugers and have been offered this S/42 for 1600.00 All parts match except the mag. Including both grips. The left grip panel is missing a small amount of wood where it goes under the safety. That's the only thing I can find wrong with it. Think its a decent buy? THANKS Lefty14615
