cannot use PM feature

I have tried and tried but cannot use the pm feature on this forum can anyone give me help thanks.John

If I remember correctly, the site owner put in a requirement of a certain number of posts before all features on this forum were functional. Post 5 or 10 times (to threads other than this!) and try again.
