Default Nice Dutch ammo box

At one of our Dutch ammunition auctions, I purchased this neat little wooden ammunition box. It has a sealed inner box, made of sheet metal and used to contain 1000 rounds of 9mm ball ammunition, produced at the Artillerie Inrichtingen, the state owned arsenal at Zaandam. Filled in 1957. The NL is the Dutch army property mark. The box is also marked with NL 44 at the bottom.
