Need springs

Welllll I spent fourty years of collecting guns before my first Luger and now within four months have picked up a second. This one is a 1918 DWM. The bad news is that the gun went through a fire. I had the parts rockwelled and they are alright but all the springs have lost their temper so need to be replaced. I have tried the links listed at this site but have not been able to get all the springs. Does anyone have any other sources that they would be willing to share. Thanks!

Jim,

I have attached the address for Wolff Springs. They should be able to fix you right up! Glad you had the hardness checked on the metal before you started the restoration. It does not take much heat to take the temper from the springs.

Mr. Heller has the springs. thanks for the advice. Never thought finding parts would be this easy. Since you guys are soo good hear is another one. I need a loading gate for a 45-75 win 1876 open top sn13xx it is the outside screw type. I know that someone will tell me I am at the wrong site but after three years of trying I am desperate.

I sure have enjoyed your site and managed to learn a little about lugers in the process. Thanks. Jim Mickelson
