Bomber Jacket
Came across this vintage bomber jacket and found it very interesting. Just dont see many of these any more. Some neat patches for sure.

Hi Dave,
This is a fantasy piece somebody put together, more than likely after watching "Top Gun" several years ago. It sports a hodge podge of patches from several branches of service with no relationship to each other and no cohesive military service career to be read in them. It even includes a WW2 era "Flying Tiger's" CBI theater "Blood Chit"!! It is not a goverment issue jacket, much less a Naval G1, but a civilian fashion leather? jacket that somebody employed to create a "Top Gun" look. I hope you did not pay too much for it. |

No, I didnt buy it. I had many of the same thoughts but found it interesting that someone would take the time to put this together.
