Hello all. I'm new to the world of Lugers. I just picked this up and wondered if anyone could tell me more about it and a value. This 1917 Erfurt was reblued (I've seen some good and bad jobs, and this looks really good to me). The extractor is broken, I have half of it (but no marking on half I have...where do I find another extractor?). All parts match (except magazine, which I'm not sure about...it looks like bottom has heavy black paint on it...is it possible there could be marking under paint?). The right side grip (on right if you were shooting) is more worn (smoother) than left side.
The holster is from Genschow & Co, with 1937 and WaA387 markings on it. Has takedown tool in it. Thanks in advance for anything else you can tell me about this firearm. |
