Default Ejector collapse?

Greetings all! I have just noticed this little crack on my S/42 ejector. I have sanded the surface a little bit just to make sure I was not dealing with just an scratch...but the crack is still there...

The gun is functioning flawlessly up to date...but I am kind of doubtful about this ejector´s near future...

Any thoughts or explanation for the observed damage?

Any spare ejector to could be shipped to Spain? I would really appreciate some help with this.

Regards

You will definitely need a new ejector sometime soon. It may last for a few years, or it may break the very next time you shoot your pistol.

Contact LugerDoc here on the forum. He will know about shipping parts to your country.

In the event that it is difficult or prohibited to ship parts from here in the USA, There are European sources for repair parts... Including some members of the forum who also live there...

pgv, I've shipped many PO8 parts to Spain in the past with no problems. I do have both new old stock original blue or strawed PO8 ejectors @$50 + $6 S&H (M1900s at a bit higher cost). Sorry I'm not set up for CCs or Paypal, so please send US $ MO or send funds via Moneygram, Western Union, etc, but please advise transaction # via email, if wired. Thanks, Tom

Default Luger ejector

Thanks so much Tom. I will need a new strawed ejector for a G dated Mauser (watch the "refinished Luger S/42" thread). I will try to send you the money as requested. My email address is pgv@garciavigon.es. Please send the personal data that I may require.

I have received different parts in the past without any trouble.

Best regards

Pablo
