unit markings

erfurt 1914/1920. unit marked ma 536 on front strap &rear frame. any ideas? thanks guys,

Please provide more information on the gun: serial no. & suffix; sear and/or mag safeties; circled-S on the left side receiver. Is the marking on the rear of the frame Ma.536. or just 536.? Photos would also be a big help.
