Default Need a little prayer

Please say a little prayer for the Hendrix family, our neighbors.

Last night they rushed thier 8 year old to the hospital, because she was coughing up blood. She died a few hours later.

Telling my 7 and 11 year old this morning about thier friend, who only yesterday was running around playing has been one of the hardest things I've had to do.

Jim

J:
Sorry to hear of your neighbor's, and your family's, loss. So what could have caused this sudden, unfortunate malady?

The Hendrix family has our prayers. We have a 7 year old daughter ourselves.

You can add me to the list Jim, may God comfort you all in the loss of this child.

As a parent who had lost children myself, I do know what you, and they are going through...

...and the prayers offered by this group that have been support for my prayer requests have been not only a comfort but have accomplished much for me and my family.

"Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much." James 5:16 (KJV)

My prayers are with you all.

I've lost my parents, all my siblings and all my cousins save one at too early an age and while I've no children of my own to lose
I feel for their loss.

May the Almighty bless them.

Thanks everyone its nice to know you guys are here when we need you,

To answer everyone question:
She had some type of lung infection, was just released from St. Marys Hospital in West Palm Beach a week earlier for the same problem. I guess they thought it was under control.

Its been a real shock to the whole neighborhood.
It sure makes you realize how precious life is and re-evaluate one's priorities

May God comfort this family at this sad moment.
I recently became a father and the simple though of losing my son is an unbearable feeling.
