Magazine button for WW1 P.08
Dear All - A close friend who was not a shooter, and therefore never had the working pistol, nevertheless is a precision engineer who appreciates fine craftsmanship. So much that he went out today and bought a 1917 DWM in very nice condition, except for the filled-up barrel and slots cut in the chamber, that is. Sadly, his magazine is missing the side button, and I said that I would ask on the forum where i could get him one. Help!

BTW - I should have mentioned that he paid $940 for this paperweight.

Terry,
You might check with Gerry Tomek ( tomeks@uswest.net ), at one time he had replacement follower buttons for mags. |
