Default Reloads for luger

Do any of you have a good loads for a 9mm? I took mine to the range today and had a bunch of stovepipes. After I came home I loaded up some others and it seemed to work fine, but not with the others that I have loaded.

Brent; I use 6gr of Unique with a 115gr Win JHP seated out to 1.150 in all my Lugers. If you have a good magazine spring and everthing else is ok, this should eliminate any stovepipes.

I load 115-grain full metal jackets on top of six grains of Unique. These have worked fine for me.

These 9 mm are like rimfires, too much trouble to reload. Now my 45-110 Sahrps, thats a reload.

I have several good loads for the 7.65. In the 9mm I use 6.3 Unique or 5.4 IMR7625 with 115 gr Silvertips or Sierra HP's.

Hugh; where do you find the silvertips? The best factory load I have found for the 9mm is the Win 115 gr Silvertip, but they are to spendy for target shooting.
