Greetings all,

Unfortunately I don't have photos of this gun, but I have been considering the purchase at a local gun shop. The numbers match and it looks like an honest finish with little to no pitting. It has a woodbase non-matching mag. My biggest question is how do I tell if the grips are original to the gun?

They have a cash price of $1350 on the gun. Sound reasonable, or not?

Thanks!

The price seems "reasonable", however a 10 day standing offer of $1150 seems "more reasonable".

Compare with known good ones in the period. Otherwise, this thing is by definition, by itself. It has to be compared with something avoiding being defined by itself, it's not "one-of-a-kind".
